Hello shmilyrl,
I would like to suggest this tea that me and my husband have been drinking for years! Its great especially for those who naturally get constipated. Ask your doctor of course. But its called Laci LaBeau's "Super Dieters Tea" or another similar one is called "Smooth move". Pop 1 tea bag in the microwave in a cup of water, let it steep for about 10-30 minutes. To your liking. The longer - will be stronger. But take it easy. For the first few days you will want to only let it steep no more than 15 minutes. You can buy it at your local grocery store in the tea section. They have different flavors.
I love this tea because helps with the bloating and constipation. I just started my phen 3 days ago and already have lost 3 lbs. I do attribute it to doing the tea and lots of water.
My morning routine looks like this: wake up at 5am, pop my tea in the microwave, drink my phen and prozac with a tall glass of water, get on my treadmil for about 30-45 minutes. Drink the tea and 30 minutes have my protein shake, 2 hours later have a small healthy breakfast with a tall glass of water; then Im eliminating too after several glasses of water; which helps with the water retention; and really I feel that has had alot to do with helping me elimintate wastes.
The tea is great because It detoxes your body and gets rid of all
the bad buildup in your intestines. You know we can build up lots of crap in our intestines after so
many years. Its usually recommended to do colon cleanses 3-4 times a year. Something we dont know to do. Like we have to change our oil in our cars and filters - also our home a/c filters. The same thing also applies to our bodies. Our intestine are our filters. It is so sad that we our special humans and deserve royal treatment and we neglect and abuse our bodies so much. Especially with the American diet!
Be sure to have it on an empty stomach and drink lots of water thru-out the day. And you will feel light and cleansed. Remember not to let it steep too long unless you can handle it!
God bless you, love n light, Audra
