I felt the same way. I have 3 little girls, and I understand the can't afford what you need or what you like. I have been trying to stick to baby carrots, cut up green peppers, I usually try to eat half of what they eat, so I control my portion, or get a bag of salad mix and keep in the fridge. I have not seen a lot of success on the scale, but I am losing inches because my clothes are fitting looser..
Keep reading the board you will stay motivated.
But fresh veggies, or yogurts are good to have on hand. The kids will love them too.
