that's awesome! great job....i remember how i felt at my first weigh in! i couldn't believe how much i lost in one week.....i was like is this possible?! here's some unasked for advice.....when you go to mcdonald's try getting just a regular cheeseburger instead of a double cheeseburger. even though you only ate half....that is GREAT! but......this whole thing is really a mind game. you can get a regular cheeseburger, eat the entire thing which satisfies your mind that is saying "eat the whole thing!" and it's the same thing as eating HALF of a double cheeseburger, know what i'm saying? i know a regular cheeseburger and a double are like the same price....it took me awhile to get out of the "more for your money" mindset, but now that i have i am way less tempted. just a suggestion! keep up the good work!
