This can be used by anyone! (no income restrictions). It's for people who don't have insurance or have prescriptions that aren't covered by insurance.

I usually pay $28 for phentermine 37.5 tablets at Walmart. I used the card today and got it for $15.15!! I wish I found this when I first started taken Phen lol!

All this takes is your name and email address and, poof, you have a prescription card to print out and use. Their is NO additional paperwork to fill out to qualify.

You can receive up to 75% saving at more than 50,000 national and regional pharmacies. Participating pharmacies include the following: Rite Aid, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, Phar-Mor, Wal-Mart, ****** Drugs, Publix, Winn Dixie, Kroger, Safeway, Medicine ****** and Target as well as thousands of independent pharmacies.

It says for the uninsured. I have insurance on file with my pharmacist. I wonder if I can still use it because my insurance does not cover this medication?

I wondered the same, but I decided I would just go to a different pharmacy that I've never been to before. Lol.

I have insurance on file at the pharmacy I used but since this prescription is NOT covered by the insurance they accept the discount card. So yes it works even if you have insurance.

This REALLY needed to be bumped up because this really works. I didn't really believe it (I don't know why...I just didn't). Well I bought a new bottle today and I normaly pay $43, but with that card I paid $33. I was very happy. On that site all you do is plug in your first and last name. Then you give them your email address. Click submit and your card pops up. Then you print it and present it to the pharmacy. Once it's in the system, you don't have to show that card again (unless you switch pharmacies). It really is as easy as Tamzab said it would be!!! Get your's NOW

Wow..I'll have to try that. They only give me 2 wk refills and it's 15 so I'll see if I can take it. Is it only for bigger places (walgreens etc.) b/c they call the script in to this tiny small pharm next to the place.

This works! I have insurance on file at Walmart but it doesn't cover the phentermine so I printed out this card and took it in to the pharmacy today. I usually pay 28.00 and today I got it for 15.15! Yay thank you so much! With the gas prices lately every little bit helps!

I refilled my Phen today. I usually pay $31.99 for 30 pills. I used the discount card (at Walgreens) and it only cost me $19.32. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this thread!

Hey... I'm a couple days late on the update of this... but my husband is now taking Phen after gaining 30 lbs the last few months due to being sedentary after a foot surgery... but I printed him the card (I'll use mine at refill time) and at Wal-Mart it went from $32.31 to $20.23!!!!! That is AWESOME!!! Thanks again for this tip!
