
On my way!
I've been dieting with the help of medications for 1 week now (2nd round for me, did this about a year ago as well). Started with phentermine 37.5 for 5 days... I lost but was more of a struggle than without it - caused extreme hunger and fatigue, but ultimately - I did it. Switched to Phen-D because Phen was not working well with my body. I started 105mg of the SR 2 days ago with much better results physically. Hunger is still there but urges are controlled, Energy spurts throughout the day instead of fatigue. It's causing a few nervous tics (clenching of fist and jaw), but should go away after I'm used to it. Anyhow, bottom line - 6 lbs gone since day 1! The only other things I'm noticing with Phen-D is the overwhelming amount of energy - to the point of being jittery - but I firmly believe this will subside after my body adjusts. The jitter-i-ness seems to kick in when I'm hungry - I eat a little - I'm full and my jitters slow down - and then there's the thirst thing- which is fine - forces me to stay hydrated! The great thing is this energy MAKES me want to exercise so that I can get rid of it!
