Default Smaller thighs
Ok I am trying to have smaller thighs, Tips on what I can do to get them. I do 30 minutes of cardio on the tredmil also do 30 minutes of spinning very day,
If you want to impress anyone, you must FIRST be impressed with yourself.



Second, Third, Fourth. Etc./Summer Meltdown Challenge Goal--- 36 ponds

Wooo Hooo Spinning... you go girl! My thighs have trimmed down just from doing my 1 hour of cardio a day, so it will happen! I like to walk / jog on the treadmill, ride the recumbent bike and use the elliptical trainer! I am sure all the cardio is burning the fat and the good lord knows he put most of it on my thighs and my behind! So keep it up, push yourself if you can, the fat wont have anywhere to go but to disappear!!!!

HW - 291
Start phen - 287
4/27/08 - 283
5/9/08 - 277 (yay)
5/16/08 - 275 - not much, but I will keep on keepin on
5/30/08 - 272 - no phen, and I was sick all week
6/6/08 - 271- minus 20 pounds YAY YAY!!
6/13/08 - 266.5 -24.5
8/29/08 - 265.00-26 I am more than 1/4 of the way there![/SIGPIC]

omg your lil girl is a doll, girl the spinning kicks my tail . I am not the best but my tail try to keep up. lol

I know exactly how you feel. Walking really is great excercise, so keep doing that. Although it is not really possible to spot reduce (I know some disagree), give pilates a try. You will find that you will start to see inches melting away.

Btw --- I am sure I told you this already, but you look GREAT!

Just-I have the same issues...I want my thighs/hips to melt! My waist is SMALL enough.....28/29 inches...but my thighs/hips!!!! OMG!
7lbs to goal
