Wooo Hooo Spinning... you go girl! My thighs have trimmed down just from doing my 1 hour of cardio a day, so it will happen! I like to walk / jog on the treadmill, ride the recumbent bike and use the elliptical trainer! I am sure all the cardio is burning the fat and the good lord knows he put most of it on my thighs and my behind! So keep it up, push yourself if you can, the fat wont have anywhere to go but to disappear!!!!
