Well it sounds like you have the right frame of mind. I have 4 children, 13,4,2, and 1. I keep pretty busy too during the day, but being a former gym rat, it feels like I do nothing. I know that I should be happy with the weight that I have lost so far, but I feel like I could/should be doing more, which is very difficult to do with so many children. I guess I would just like to click my heels, and be back to myself again. Anyway, enough of my pity part...LOL. Your positive attitude is going to help you along this journey. Just having a positive mindset, puts you ahead of the game.
