Default I can't seem to.........waaaaahhhhhhh
Ughh I just can't seem to get my butt up and exercise!!! What's wrong with me? I know that I need to and when I do I enjoy it but every day I don't do it. I have 2 gyms in my apartment complex, a beautiful walkway which I can access from my apartments and Tae Bo and Zumba videos for home. So what the heck man! It's so getting me down!
Start Date: 5/7 - Dr weigh ins
SW: 269.2 Size 18 snug
CW 6/18: 252.8 (-1.5) Size 16
CW 7/2: 240.4 (-12.5)
CW 7/16: 237.6 (-2.8)
CW 7/30: 232 (-5.6)
CW 8/13: 228 (-4)
CW 8/27: 224 (-4) Size 14
GW: 180

Summer Meltdown Challenge
Mini goal: 25 lbs by Aug. 31 (Home weigh ins)
6/1: 253
8/22: 219

you need to find someone in your same complex to do your workouts with, my mom and i have been working out together for about three months and there have been so many times when ive been laying in bed in the morning thinking god i really could just be lazy today, but i dont want my mom to have to work out alone or worse yet not work out either, and i know shes had times when the only reason she goes is bc i show up ready to go, so that would be my best advice because i dont think i could do it on my own, good luck!

I wish I did have a exercise buddy but unfortunately everyone in my complex are snobs and mostly university students. I just need to get into a routine I guess. Sigh.

maybe you need to have someone push u out the door, or get a exercise buddy

You just have to find what you like to do. Me, you won't get me off the couch if I think I am going to be doing Tae-Bo. But I have found that I love to walk. So right now, I am taking my daughter to piano and I am going to walk the entire time she is in there. Also, if you do stretching exercises, you don't have to get off your butt. Just get on the floor!

I know this may seem a tad mean.... but maybe your ready to lose the weight and until your ready your just not going to find that motivation.

Weight Loss alone is like a drug. Once the pounds start coming off, you don't need medicine, the weight loss itself is like addictive cr'ack! I just can't stop.... I want to be smaller and smaller and smaller.

Thanks girls. Nikki you weren't mean. You were just telling it like it is. I remember when I lost a lot of weight years ago I would exercise every single day and no one dared interrupt my date with Tae Bo every night. I just need to get up and DO IT. Tomorrow I will get up bright and early and walk for an hour and when I get home I will do cardio. That's it. Done.



I'm hapy to say that I did not put it off for tomorrow and put in a 40 minute Tae Bo workout and a 20 minute Zumba workout tonight. =)
