Thanks girls. Nikki you weren't mean. You were just telling it like it is. I remember when I lost a lot of weight years ago I would exercise every single day and no one dared interrupt my date with Tae Bo every night. I just need to get up and DO IT. Tomorrow I will get up bright and early and walk for an hour and when I get home I will do cardio. That's it. Done.
I'm hapy to say that I did not put it off for tomorrow and put in a 40 minute Tae Bo workout and a 20 minute Zumba workout tonight. =)
