Lightbulb Need some advise
I have been taking Phen since May 20, 2008. I have lost 4 pounds already which is great. But I need some suggestions on what types of food to eat and how often. Like meals and snacks not a big veggie person.

It is good to eat small portions every 2 or so hours ... doing this has been found to help boost metabolism - be sure to find a good multivitamin, especially if you are not keen on veggies - be careful with the white carbs, as the body tends to burn those quicker and leave the fat - exercise is a factor in keeping the weight off - find something you are comfortable with, to start, and work from there -

Lots of chicken, fish, salads, fruits and so on. Biggest Tip: LOTS OF WATER!
If u like crab meat, saute with fresh spinach, garlic and 1 tbsp of Olive Oil. Delish!!!
For Fish, Mix some fresh dill, ground black pepper and, 1/2 tsp of mustard & light mayo. Makes a great sauce for fish
For Chicken, Mix 1-2 tbspns of lemon juice, 1 tbspn of I Cant Beleive Its Not Butter, 1/2 tsp of Wondra Flour Wisk together and serve over chicken or fish. My family loves this! Servw with Brown rice or Whole Wheat Pasta

I would say go to mydailyplate.com or fitday.com and count calories! The only way to lose weight is to burn more than you consume! So this will give you an idea of how many you eat daily and where you need to cut back.

Well, it sounds like these ladies eat a lot healtier then I do, but I have lost 35 pounds so far and I started on April 1st 2008. I have cut out sodas and fast food. (can't say that I haven't cheats a couple times though.) I eat pretty much the same thing everyday. Granola bars, Lean Cuisine (love the paninis), Gardenburger stuff, weight watchers frozen dinners. As far as snacks go, I get the 100 calorie packs, they have like everything now. I'm counting calories. My doc said between 1400-1600, but I have a hard time even meeting a 1000. (which is not recommended.) I'm so scared that when I stop these pills a regain my appitite, I will gain everything back. It's best to find something that you will be able to stick to for the rest of your life.
