I have been taking Phen for almost a month now. I walk on my treadmill 30-45min 6days a week. Don't eat anything over 1200 calories daily. Drink plenty of water. And I have only lost 10lbs so far. I started out at 250lbs and now at 245lbs. I just thought I would start noticing a difference quicker than this. Am I not doing something right??![]()
