COLON CLEANSE??
I was just wondering if anyone ever did a colon cleanse? My sister just told me about it, her husband did it, not for weight loss...he just wants to be healthy. But anyway, did anyone ever use it and did it work for weight loss and bloating? Also what kind did u get?
Thanks and wanted to add that even tho I don't post a lot, I'm on here quite a lot and I find all of you to be sooooo inspirational and helpful and I think it is the reason why I have lost this weight so far!

I was wondering the same thing.I was looking at some herbal colon cleansing pills earlier.I might try those.I don't really want anything hardcore.I figure they should help some-better than not taking anything at all.I am not sure yet though.
I am doing colonix right now. Many of use here are doing a colon cleanse right now. there is a colon cleanse challenge under the challenging forums...
