Doctor prescribed phentermine yesterday - Phentermine.com

So I went to the doctors yesterday for my routine physical. I told him I was very concerned with my weight and discussed several options. He agreed to give me a 3 month supply of phentermine. I need to come in each month for weight, blood pressure and heart checks. I weighed in at 221 SIGH. I hoping to lose at least 40 poinds by 8/1. Is this realistic, can it be done?

Welcome to the board. Yes, with hard work and dedication to your goal it's possible to lose 40 pounds by August.

I was right about where you are on January 1. I've lost 34 pounds since then...20 since I started phen 2 months ago. I'm not the best example though because I was sick for the middle 4 weeks of that (unrelated to the phen).

Welcome. As was said it IS possible. It will take hard work and determination! You can do it, the first step is the hardest....and you have made that already
