My husband:
started dating him when we were 15... He's very shy He makes good money He's a good dad We literaly do not have one thing in common he throw tantrums Nothing is EVER good enough He loves me for who I am we have NEVER been on like a real "date" He has social anxiety so he stays home all day when he's not working |

Well I typed my answer after my initial post and poof!
Anyway - here it is again. I have fallen in love w/ my husband more every day. We've been together 18 years and it sounds cliche' or maybe I should say sounds like Jerry McGuire, but he really does complete me. He's is the strong silent type. Loves and is committed to making our lives the best they can be. We've grown together as individuals is that makes sense, what I'm trying to say is what we have makes us better people. Now - since I asked the question, I will lay out what I think are negatives. I gave in and had children (twin boys) 3 years ago, though he stopped asking years and years ago. I just wish he would have 1. learned more about all that goes into raising a child. 2. be better adapt to sports and such for the sake of the boys. (I mean this man does not know how to hit a ball) I'm trying desparately to find something else negative about him ... lol Oh - I wish he would think of doing for others, like helping people. I'm the 1st one to take the neighbors trash cans or papers up to their house, if it's a rainy day. Drop someone a check in the mail and say "Have a pedicure on me" And I wish he would care about the GREEN way to be & support me in my efforts around this house. Now - those are really the only gripes I have. And that's nothing! I lead a charmed life and I have no idea why. Trust that I give thanks every day for that too. I am the naughty one in the relationship - I really don't deserve him. Ugh. Why did I post this thread? LOL

My Hubby~
Even though he has his 'guy' moments.... he is the sweetest, genuine, generous man I have ever met. He treats me like a queen. He's my nerdy man, makes ok $$ He is always there to help me when i have a bad day. He makes me laugh We have been together for 4 yrs, married for 3. We have 1 girl, 17 months... she is are little miracle baby. And.... we met on Eharmony!! it works... lolThe bad~ that he has his 'guy' moments... lol can be cynical instead of optimistic has a knee jerk reaction to certain topics... (but so do I)
Height= 5'8"
SW = 259 1/24/08 CW 2/21/08 = 238 Lost 20 lbs CW 3/20/08 = 234 total 24 lbs went off phen CW 4/18/08 = 221 toal 33 lbs *reached mini goal CW 6/9/08 = TOM & Vacation.... 231 dang it- But it was fun CW 7/1/08 = 222 CW 8/5/08 = 215 -Down 45lbs WOOT WOOT!!!! Next Mini Goal = 210

My hubby is a sweetie.
Pros He laughs at me when I am silly, whether I mean to be or not. He can fix anything He really loves me and I have no reason to worry that he will ever leave me. He has really grown up to be a great man (we've been together since he was 19 and I was 14) He is awesome in B E D, I am lucky lucky gal! Cons He loses his patience with my daughter easily- they have the SAME personality and it's like a combustion engine! He doesn't like to give foot rubs He can't read my mind Yep, I am pretty lucky. He wasn't always as great as he is now but I know we had to go through the crap to get to the good stuff!
It takes courage to recognize the real as opposed to the convenient.
