Hair Loss
I've been on and off this product for a few years. I seem to be experiencing hair loss and wanted to know if any one else has. Someone suggested I take a multivitamin. Does anyone have any experience with this as well???? I'm starting to panick!!

u know yesterday i noticed a significant loss after washing my hair way more than usual. I wonder, but i have been off phen for like 3 weeks now. maybe thats not it.
 Started 1/16/08 - 168 lbs Current weight 137 Goal of 120 (yup maybe in my dreams) will be happy with 125 lbs |

But I wonder it stays in your system for quite some time even after you stop taking it. I just bought hair vitamins, multi vitamins and Nioxin!! I figured I'd cover all areas

Yeah, I am noticing lots more hair in the shower drain and around the bathroom. I also lost lots of hair after the birth of my kids, and then it leveled off. Not sure if it is hormonal or what, I hope it stops soon!
My highest weight ever-250-and that was before kids!

Hair Loss
My doctor keeps telling me that if I do not get enough protein my hair will start to fall out or thin. Are you getting enough protein in your diet?

Yes, You need to talk a multivitamin very very important, My Doctor stressed the importance to me, but dont panick that's the wrong thing to do...

yes you will need more protein i have this issue as well the hair loss dosent come from phen per sey but it comes from dieting period. I have bought nizorol shampoo from walgreens to help with this. Even though its for dandruff many has used it for hairloss, it reults in thicker hair and decreasing hair fall.
also taking biotin or a hair,skin and nail vitamins will help as well.

I haven't experienced that! My hair is so thick though, I may be losing it and I don't know!

The side effects of the phentermine are very hard to find, but any Doctor who knows what they are doing will tell you that hair loss is part of the package, not so much the drug itself but because of the phen you consume alot less calories, vitamins and nutrients.........I discussed this with my doctor, and take a prenatal vitamin called primacare 1, because it has alot of what I don't get anymore! Good Luck!
