back from vaca, waaaa!
well i was in michigan for two weeks with my grandma and mother in law forcing delicious food down my throat, lol! I wasnt able to work out either so it was like a double whammy! needless to say i gained back a little bit, but im jumping right back on track and hoping to hit my mini goal of 260 by my birthday (may 22) which i know may be pushing it, but im just gonna work out hard and try my best not to put anything in my mouth that i know i shouldnt be eating. wish me luck, hope everyones doing well!

Don't feel bad, we all go on vacation at one point or another, and what are we supposed to do? Sit there and watch everyone alse eat while we chew on a stalk of celery? HECK NO! You gotta enjoy what little time we have to spend on a trip somewhere, OK? You will get back up and start again and be just fine!! Just dont go on a cruise...LOL "diet" is a 4 letter word on a cruise ship!!!
HW - 291 Start phen - 287 4/27/08 - 283 5/9/08 - 277 (yay) 5/16/08 - 275 - not much, but I will keep on keepin on 5/30/08 - 272 - no phen, and I was sick all week 6/6/08 - 271- minus 20 pounds YAY YAY!! 6/13/08 - 266.5 -24.5
