Ummmm isnt hcg the hormone that detects if ur pregant or not lol i think it is y woud u want a shot of that

Im in San Diego and a bunch of weight loss clinics do here...My friend did them, didnt lose much pound wise, but lost inches in her tummy and arms...The only thing is she cant eat over 500 calories and no oil...i guess the shot attacks fat and will attack the new oil/fat in your body and not the old stored fat.

Let me know what you decide to do...500 is just too low for me...Id melt away! LOL

ICK ICK....WEIGHT LOSS SHOTS STINK!!! Unless its just the vitamin shot, i wouldnt suggest it. They other ones conatin adenosine.... they give that to cardiac and cancer patients. Just google adenosine and read read read all about it.

Any weight you do lose, comes right back after stopping the shots too...hmmmm

Nikki, HCG is not what you think. It is a hormone from pregnant women that is used for weightloss (off label). I am taking them and have lost about 30 lbs and 20 inches. I did a lot of research and there are many success stories where people go off the HCG and do not gain the weight back. I am talking years of no weight gain.

What kind of diet did you do? My friend did well on it, but not as good as you. She didnt follow the 500 calorie diet and didnt eliminate the oils, butter, etc...But she lost maybe 7 inches...

Lynn, I am glad that you are losing wieght taking the shots. I did my research as well and found that even after not taking the shots the weight does not come back on so easily. I cannot wait to try it. It can be very pricey but I do not mind at all.

hcg is human chorionic gonadotropin it's a peptide hormone and does not contain adenosine,and I would think any weight loss would vary from person to person,any weight can come back no matter what method you use.

I am consuming 800 cal day.. I have always eaten low fat so that is not a problem. I may have been able to lose more quickly but I travel once a month and it is difficult to follow the "diet" when traveling. It is not a true diet and is full of variety.

Where are you located maybe I can give you names

Very true. I have been actively trying to lose weight for over ten years. Despite being an extremely active person eating a very healthy low fat diet,(according to the two nutritionist/dieticians that I saw) working out strenously, the weight never moved. I am technically obese according to the charts but to look at me you would never guess it. I have had every medical test imaginableand am healthy as the proverbial horse. It made no sense at all. My doctor feels that trying the hcg may jumpstart my metabolism to get me back to a healthy weight.

So far it seems to be working
