I am fairly new to this blog. I've been doing alot of ready but hardly any posting. I was searching the web today and came across a blog on yahoo that talks about HCG shots & Dr. Simoen and all this stuff about being on a restricted 500 calorie a day diet, which I think is crazy. I talk Phen 30 everyday and my weight loss dr. put me on a 1000 a day diet. I started out at 159.5 on 4/2 and today I weighed in at 147 and I 5ft. tall. Too small to carry this weight.
Being on the Phen has given me a whole new outlook on taking care of myself and watching what I eat. This entire time of being on Phen I haven't had any soda (which I love, Pepsi) and coffee (which I have to put real sugar in, eventhought I like splenda it tasts funny in drinks but not food). I don't eat past 7pm & drinking tons of water. Also walking for 30 min around my circle at home for lunch 2-3 times a week because I work 2 minutes from my home.
Has any one had any experiences with HCG shots &/or B12 to speed up the weight loss process. I am already starting to feel like to effects of the Phen are wearing off as for as the no appetite feeling slowly.
Should I consider taking Phen only 5 days a week & then off on the weekend and just try really hard not to eat too much and then start back up again on Monday or should I ask my wieght loss Dr. to up my dosage to the 37.5?
