I purchased Turbojam about a week and a half ago and have worked out twice with it.
It's definitely a full body workout. The 20 minute workout is hard at first. So don't be upset if you can't get through it the first time. And there's a lot of jumping up and down which surprised me (but there is a low impact alternative).
I like it better than Taebo because it's not so military. I have trouble with the "pump" move at the pace they perform it in the workout, that one will take some practice.
I haven't worked with anything other than the learn and burn and the 20 minute workout yet. But so far, it's a great alternative to the treadmill!
