I found these AT a health food store t and was wondering if any of you doing the colon cleanse have seen or tried these products before.I reallY wanna try some thing but I AM freaked out about the whole colon cleanse sTuff as far as what to get, how it will effect me and so on.sUGGESTIONS?? I will be home from work for about 21/2 more weeks and would like to do something..
