my results are in! b12/lipo shot works! - Phentermine.com

so....i got my first shot last wednesday. today was my first weigh in. i'm not on phen or anything else for that matter....just the shot. i was skeptical about it working, but here are my results:

4-2-08 SW 202.2
4-9-08 CW 193.6

i guess it works! i mean, i have been eating SUPER healthy....fruits and veggies all the time, tons of water (and NOTHING else to drink), and staying at or below 1200 calories a day. i only walked on the treadmill two days for 30 mins. each day...and i just walked slowly....i didn't want to overdo myself and get tired of it, dread it, and give up. of course with the diet i was on i would have lost weight without the shot, but i have tried losing weight SEVERAL times and i have never lost 8+ pounds in one week so i have to give the shot credit.

Can u tell me more abt these? Do u go to yur reg Dr for these? How much are they?

The weight loss center I go to gives them.

I'm already loving the effects of the shots. (I get them at my weight loss clinic also.) I get a combo of B12, B6, and lipotropic and where I go my 3-in-1 shot is like $24 a week, the B12 alone is $12 but I want the combo. LOL My body feels better inside out, I know a lot is from the water and diet, but I also know enough about physiology to know how great the vitamins are and I love the thought of the lipo as a fat burner. I think if any of you are on Phen and maybe looking for another edge of some sort you may want to give the injections a try and see if it helps, at least do a B12/Lipo combo. BTW, it doesn't hurt.

i get them at the weight loss clinic also and she's right they really don't hurt and i'm a wuss about shots! where i go you can get them for $20 a piece or 5 for $80 so i did the 5 for $80 so i'd have a commitment. i'm not on phen so i would have no reason to HAVE to go back if i didn't buy in advance.
