Hey girl, I had the same thing, scared me to death. I went to see the doc and she told me that yes it is not uncommon for this. I have no breast cancer in my family, that I know of, but we did a momo and they found a lump. Ok scared is putting it mildly, they went in to remove it and when they put the needle in for the location for surgury it popped. So I was a happy camper. I went in a year later and the damn thing was back. This time they removed it. A freind of mine told me she had droped something and it hit her in the breast, and that same spot does the samething, it forms a cyst and fills up with a fluid. The doc told me that it is also a common thing in the same situation for men and women. Can you imagine a man going thru the mamo? But men get hit more often then women, usually, and get lumps, so men should keep an eye on their breast also.
I don't want to scare you with this, but it is always a good idea to get checked. Another thing is if you clean your nipples regularly then you may be just keeping the milk stimulated. I get those white looking spots on my nipples, but I also leave them alone. Ask your doctor about this. Let us know what he say's after your appt.
