It looks like you have already lost a lot. You carry your weight beautifully- I would have never been able to guess it if your signature is correct.

You guys really know how to boost a girls' ego. I look at you guys and think why can't I look like that at that weight. I really feel like I LOOK bigger than I am. I was so scared to post my new pics, but I am glad I did.

By Dec. 07 GAINED back to 187 lbs. Started Phen 12/17/07 at 187 lbs. Current Weight: 138 lbs. Goal: 135 lbs. ?< Lowered my goal because I THINK I CAN. Time to drop my goal again? I am thinking about 130lbs.... dare I?
