Red face Results.......any advise on how fast some of you guys have seen results?

I am extremely depressed with my weight gain. Everyone is accustomed to seeing me a tiny thing and now everyone just walks around saying " Omg your sooo fat".

My sister for so many years was over weight but now is looking fabulous and to make it worse my BFF's have great bods like my body once was.

Any thoughts on how fast i could see results? My doctor focuses on portion control, and says to do 15/20 minutes of cardio.

So anxious to see results and my body back to normal its depressing.

Don't get depressed or discouraged. Easy way to fall back into old habits. You have to remember you didn't gain the weight overnight, so you won't get rid of it overnight either. I know how you feel though, I feel the same way. But it will come off.

I had similar problems friends who were overweight getting thin and sisters too and feeling like you stick out like a sore thumb...but don't let these thoughts get to you and sit back and laugh at yourself for thinking that way. It is a sure way to feel empty and in need of food, comfort food the stuff that got you to this board. Feel good about yourself. You are person fat or skinny and your looks are only skin deep. I find staying away for a while is better, I mean it I know it sounds terrible but i like doing this weight loss and I like doing it alone and without the skinnies in my life! One good feeling is going to dinner with them when your on phen and you eating the least! Made me feel great

My quick thought would be up the cardio part of your workout to at least 30 minutes. Drink plenty of water. Good Luck!

First I would suggest to up your water intake, that is a big key to weight loss. Also make sure your doing at Least half hour of cardio at least 3-4 times a week. The more exercise the better.

Finally be patient! You just started on the phen. It will kick in and you will lose! But it will take time. Remember you dont want to lose the weight and gain it back when you go off so make sure you are doing exercise and eating habits that you can adapt to for life. Its not a diet... its a life style change!
