I am extremely depressed with my weight gain. Everyone is accustomed to seeing me a tiny thing and now everyone just walks around saying " Omg your sooo fat".
My sister for so many years was over weight but now is looking fabulous and to make it worse my BFF's have great bods like my body once was.
Any thoughts on how fast i could see results? My doctor focuses on portion control, and says to do 15/20 minutes of cardio.
So anxious to see results and my body back to normal its depressing.
