I have been taking 30mg phen 2 times a day is anyone else's dosage that high?

but twice a day i was reading where ppl where breaking a 37 in half to take 2 times a day. i am actually going to take it down to 1 time a day 2mor cause the side effects aren't as bad

i started with one 37.5mg a day , now my doc upped my dose to one 37.5mg twice daily. I like it
