Back on the phen..but question re: long time users and yellow

I have been off phen for some time...however I was on the blue and white..I just received my yellow...has any long time off and on users found it to be more successful?

I have only used the yellow caps and I have heard that they are better-but I can't compare. I have been on them off and on for a year now 30 mg 2x a day...

I have both Ionamin and adipex...the Ionamin is 30mg. resin base so it is slower release and it works differently on me...I alternate depending on how I feel, but can't stay on either for more than a week or 8-9 days....it messes with my thought perception and sleep.

I usually do one week on/one week off.

Ionamin is what I have as well. I have never been a good sleeper since having babies so it don't matter for me-I do find that the days I work out I sleep better then the days I don't however...
