Feeling some tightness in my chest

Hi Ladies, I've been on Phen for 5days now. I have been feeling wonderful up until this second. It's nothing major but I am feeling a little tightness in my chest. I have been very stressed and anxious today.
Anyone ever feel something similar.

yes-usually goes away if i eat something

Down a bottle of water also...that always helps me.

Same hear I felt the tightness plus my left arm felt heavy. I just skipped the next day and started again the following. I heard that was a side affect and it will go away but make sure you watch what you take while on phen! Also when you are feeling like this dont drink caffeine or excersice!
