Alternating 1/2 pill & whole pill Every other day
I started taking a whole pill a month ago and after a week went to 1/2 pill a day and that was working great but not as well now. I started doing whole pill every otherday and that seems to be working and I am still sleeping pretty good (with tylenol pm) ANyone ever do this? Do you see any reason that this would not be a good thing?

on monday i takr a whole pill
on tues. i am not hungry and can tell the last pill is still working, so I'll take just a half pill - in the afternoon. and one whole pill the nest day. So far, so gooood!
