How often do you get a B12 shot?

I got my first B12 shot last Friday and I can definately tell I have a boost in energy. I was just curious as to how often others get one. I was thinking I will get one every 2 weeks. Thanks!

I get 2 a week, which are both included in the cost of going to the clinic. I was tempted to buy some shots online but then I found out that I could have a second one during the week without paying extra. Pretty sweet!

I go to a seperate walk-in clinic that charges $25 a shot or you can get a "Wellness" card that will give you 4 shots for $75. Lots of weight lost clinics provide them as part of their program.

I take lipo shots with B12 in them. I get them once a week.

I also go to a Wellness clinic.... My shots are B-12 MIC, I take home about 3 a week since they are $16 each.

i get b-12 shots twice a week, i usually feel a energy boost after and i feel a little more hungry on those days but i'm sure it's because the b-12 boosts the metabolism too...btw i'm new here love the forum...you all are very helpful and motivating

I get the B-12 shot every saturday. The shot cost me 10.00 every time I get it.....I do not see a significant difference (as far as energy) and my doc told me that it is only vitamins that I need while dieting. But then again, I am not feeling the "phen power" anymore from the pill. I am still taking the pill, but its wearing off....I am at the point where I am taking my pill at 10:30 a.m so it last until I go to bed..........the best thing that is happening to me right now is the motivation I get from you ladies on here.........your ideas and things you do....

I get 10ml of B12 once a month. I wouldn't call it getting a boost of energy more that you don't feel as fatigued.

Hey everyone. I'm Tia and I'm new here. I heard about Phen through a relative who looks fabulous! So I decided to log on and get more info. I haven't done Phen yet. I wanted to read your stories first but I have to admit that you all are really inspiring me to try Phen, too, though some of the stories I've read make me hesitant to do so. Is it that Phen affects people differently or have all of you experienced the same feeling of Phen no longer working at some point and the feeling of still being hungry? And I heard of and used to take B12 vitamins but I never knew about a B12 shot. Is the shot a substitute for the vitamins or is there more your body receives from the shot that isn't found in the vitamins? And I'm assuming that your doctors have prescribed Phen to all of you so there must not be any harmful affects to your body somewhere down the line or else your doctor wouldn't have prescribed it but is that true? You all are doing very well which is truly motivating me. But if you don't mind assisting me with some of my concerns, it would be greatly appreciated! I hope to join you soon! Thanks for the inspiration!

HI.. I get one every month at a "fat Dr." free of charge. I can't tell a difference. I am new and I love the forum!!

I go to a weight loss clinic too but I take B in the vitamin form and always have. I take alot of vitamis like a multi and fish oil and a joint and calcium formula as well, all recomended by my doctor. I am on only a half of a dose of 37.5 of phen and topamax they work together for weight loss and appetite control. I have been on it for a year and it seems to be working fine. Good luck to you all

I buy it at the drugstore in a pill form. I think its like 2000mg timed release. I just started taking it but it already has given me my energy back.

Its just the Vitamin b-12 supplement Libby. I hear it works the same as the shot and it's cheaper than going in for an office visit. I have a shot sched for 03/26/2008 but if the pill works good I wont go into the office.
