Well I've been struggling for a while at work with some issues that have made me unhappy. Finally today I had to confidence to confront the situation! The person responded in a way that was hurtful, and I've cried a 7 hours BUT I feel better knowing that I AM DEALING and NOT SETTLING! I think I'm going to ask for a transfer, and enjoy my new found confidence.

I am sorry that you are having a tough time at work. Dealing with ignorant co-workers or supervisors is always difficult. Kudos to you for standing up for yourself.

Good for you for standing up for yourself! I hope whatever your issues are at work that you can work them out. It is hard when there is tension at work and you have to be there all day 5 to 7days a week. Makes life hard. Good for you though for beginning to deal with it!

I feel freakin great!!!! I confronted a bad situation....I got a crappy response, but i don't care. I know I took the moral road and my boss is a b.............. There is so much pressure lifted I feel 100 pounds lighter. I will either transfer, get fired or quit, and I'm so freakin happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
