    Default Keeping it off!

My question is who on this forum lost their weight and kept if off when they stopped Phen? My gf went off it and she has already gained 10 lbs back of the 50 she lost . 10 lbs isn't a lot but who knows if this is just the beginning.
Im off phen and im not worried but I am curious as the days pass will the weight sneak up on me?

I'm not the one to answer this question because this is my third time on phen. I have gained my weight back each time I got off it.

Sold - I was just going to start a thread to you. You are a great success story, can you outline what you normally eat. I like that you said it's just automatic now.

    Congrats again.

i think that the key is to keep in the front of your mind is that you are doing a life style change. They way you are eating ON phen, is the way you should eat OFF of phen...
Personally this is my 2nd time on phen, the 1st time i had to stop because i get pregnant. So i don't really count that one... lol
    hope this helps....

    Sold-
I speak from my own experience that short of my pregnancy, weight didn't "come on overnight" it snuck up on me and honestly I stuck my head in the sand and ignored the signs, including the scale until it started affecting my daily lifestyle and changing who I inately am as a person. For your friend, I feel you are the best example....be aware and utilize the new skills you've learned....this is also why I feel that weaning yourself off of phen is important, so you don't wake up one day with a ridiculous appetite, rather than easing yourself back into that independence. I think you are her best role model and my guess is now, you will not let it sneak up on you, will you?
