Default VelaShape has anyone tried it.

I went and met with a doctor today that does VelaShape,(not to be confused with Velasmooth), has anyone tried it and were you happy with the results? It's quite expensive almost 3000.00 for 4 sessions for saddlebags and underarms but it's suppose to reduce the circumfrance and tighten. would be interested in anyone's comments or advice as I'm trying to firm everything up prior to the end of May for the bf return from Iraq. THANKS!!

I went for two consultations for velashape. One was a skin care/spa place, the other was a medi spa part of a plastic surgeons office. The skincare/spa place said that the velashape would help the saddlebags but I really didnt' ahve a good feeling, I thought they were full of crap. Then I went to the plastic surgeons. They took pictures of my butt and thighs and the doctor looked at them. They said that they had to be honest with me, the velashape would help with the cellulite but there is just so much it will do for the saddlebags. They didn't want to make false promises to me. I appreciated their honesty. They said I would probably do well with lipo and I said that wasn't an option, I don't have the time nor the money. I can't sit around and recover like some movie star, I got kids to take care of and a job. Anyway they said that the velashape DOES make the circumference smaller of thighs but slightly. She said that the case they showed on the Rachel Ray show was exaggerated, the woman lost 8 lbs but was also on a diet. They said each session is 400 dollars and they recommend 6 sessions to start with. They said that you can have bruising too, so alot of people don't do it in the summer.

I've been thinking about it girl, because I have really bad cellulite on my thighs but that is way too much money and since my saddle bags will still be there I wonder if it is worth it, you know? I may still not want to wear a bathing suit bottom without my board shorts...

Let me know what you decide. I am going to make up my mind soon because of the bruising factor. I bruise easily.
