Ionamin / Adipex / Generic Phen

My doctor has given me a choice for my prescription, he can either write out one for Adipex-P 37.5 mg, Ionamin 30mg, or the Generic Phentermine 37.5 mg.

I have no idea which one to choose....is one better and gives better results than the other?

I would appreciate all opinions and advice...I have to get back to him by tomorrow with my decision.

umm, i might be wrong BUT, the generic for Phentermine IS phentermine...
my dr gave me a prescription for Adipex-P 37.5mg and the pharmacy gave me Phentermine 37.5mg (which is generic for Adipex-P)... so, its looks like its all the same.
but, i dont know anything about Ionamin

I'm not sure but I think Ionamin is also another brand name for phentermine.
