    Default What did you eat today? February edition

    Last month I started the what did you eat today thread and it went really well and alot of people seemed to like it, and keep up with it every day. I like to see what everyone eats and also have a place to keep track of what I eat. So i thought I would start a February edition of this thread!!

    I will start

    Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and 1 multigrain pancake

    Snack: 100 cal chex mix snack pack and 100 cal fudge cookie snack pack

    Lunch: Turkey sandwich and Cup of chili

    Snack: Strawberries and apple

    Dinner: Haven't eaten dinner yet, but I plan on having either a breast of chicken or a piece of tilapia fish
    May goal: 150 lb.
    June goal: 140 lb.
    July goal::130 lb.

    So far just cottage cheese and pineapples. But I do have a Progresso Soup planned for lunch, and probably left over beef stroganoff for dinner. My husband made this chicken thing, Campbell's Supper Bakes (Garlic Chicken), so I might try that.

    My menu for today:
    B: Fiber One Bar
    S: Fiber One nonfat yogurt
    L: Lean Cuisine frozen meal
    S: 100-calorie pack

    Dinner will be some of that chicken stir fry I made - chicken, brocolli, onions, green pepper and mushroom - that will be over a little bit of brown rice - Happy eating everyone!!

    Breakfast - light english muffin -100cal with 2 egg white with cooking spray- (i think pam)
    Lunch- Healthy Choice cal 230
    Snack- kellogs 90 cal bar
    Dinner- brown rice with stir fry veggie



    Started 1/16/08 - 168 lbs
    Current weight 137
    Goal of 120 (yup maybe in my dreams) will be happy with 125 lbs

    Breakfast - Yoplait yogurt w/ 1 tblspn Bear Naked granola, glass of OJ
    Lunch - 3 pc coconut roll, 1 pc spider roll, 3 pcs cucumber wasabi roll, 1/2 of a Blackberry Sage unsweetened iced tea
    Snack - rest of tea
    Dinner - I don't know, I am ordering the kids pizza, I have leftover sushi, but I don't think I should eat that twice in 1 day....maybe a frozen Eating Right dinner...or I have some leftover homemade chicken noodle soup, maybe that.

    Ok girlies.......

    Breakfast: I ate 1/2 whole wheat muffin and 3 slices of turkey bacon

    Lunch: Campbells soup in a cup....

    Snack: Fruit salad I made with strawberries, oranges, blueberries, and bananas...with a little splenda.

    Dinner: sauteed chicken breast with broccolli


    Yummy eating....thanks for some ideas.....I love this blog.

    This is fun

    Breakfast - Slim-Fast Optima Shake
    Lunch - Nuts Over Chocolate Luna Bar & Apple
    Dinner - Spicy Pork Stir-Fry (WW Recipe - sooooo good!) & Pepsi Max

    I drank 3 or 4 - 42 oz. glasses of water

    I know I need more calories but I was just too busy today at work.

    Now's the hard time for me. I'm home alone from 5-11 and the snacks in the cupboard haunt me

    Ooh and I walked around our town's hockey arena for 30 minutes at lunch and even did a few sets of stairs

    YAY doing this makes me hungry..........

    its only 2 here now so far Ive had

    Breakfast=1 c egg beaters w broccoli and lowfat skim mozz cheese
    16 oz coffee fat free vanilla creamer

    snack=fiber one bar

    Lunch = chicken breast w/ low cal wine sauce and cottage cheese

    about to have a snack of raw almonds and big juicy gala apple

    dinner will be = tortilla and lime crusted Tilapia (from costco) and a heaping mound of steamed veggies with lemon juice squirted all over it )

    evening snack will be dried apricots

    TOM is next week so this is what I envisioned myself eating and planning to eat all day LOL.....

    Breakfast = tall stack fluffy crackerbarel pancakes (5 or 6)
    bacon, 2 fried eggs all covered in heavy warm syrup & a tall glass of chocolate milk

    snack= 2 ding dongs and some fun yums

    lunch= Wendys spicy chicken sandwich w/ BBQ sauce Lrg fries and iced tea

    snack=polish of the bag of fun yums and a caramello

    dinner = homemade shredded beef chimichangas (my specialty) covered in sour cream cheese lettuce tomatoes onions and avacado

    snack = heaping bowl of the limited edition thin mint ice cream with chocolate syrup

    whew those were the days.....(the days that got me to a size 18 )

    This is for yesterday (February 12th):

    Lunch/Snack: 30 Fat Free Ruffles Light Potato Chips with salsa(70 calories in 15 chips)

    Dinner: Salad with roasted red peppers (in water not oil), kalamata olives, artichokes, and romaine lettuce with 2 TB greek feta dressing (all together about 200 cals)

    Snack: 1 TB Reduced Fat Jiffy Peanut Butter (90 cals)

    All together about 430 cals... I know way tooo low... I have my days where I am about 900 and my days where I am about 400...

    Up 10lbs since May, but that is all my fault. Summer food, a new boat, and not working as hectic a schedule and being more lax.

    On phentermine from Jan 2 2008 - May 2 2008 and lost 50ish lbs. Was down to 173.

    Breakfast- EAS Shake = 100 cals, 1carb.
    Lunch- 2 String Cheese =120 cals, 2carbs. And A Hard Boiled Egg=77cals, 1carb.
    Snack- 1 Claussen Pickle=5cals, 0carbs. And 1oz. of cheese=60cals and 1carb.
    Dinner-1Gorton's Garlic Fish Filet=100cals, 1carb. And 1 1/2 c. Broccoli=50cals, 8carbs
    Dessert-Carb Smart Ice Cream Bar=100cals, 3carbs.
    80 ounces of water.

    I had an EAS shake for breakfast
    1 orange
    1 chicken cesear salad (with dipping the dressing, so I didn't even use half of it)
    1 EAS bar as a snack
    2 slices of pizza
    I was low on water today, so my goal is to have more water tomorrow. I am WICKED constipated (none in 3 days) so I'm sure if I can poop before weighing in tomorrow I'll be down SOMETHING.

    I am on a 12-1300 calories diet so here it goes..
    BKFT- Slim Fast Slim-Fast Optima Shake ONLY 190 Cal. (I drink these all the time)
    Snack- 1/4 cup nut mix 140 cal. ( Walmart trail mix)
    Lunch- Slim Fast optima 190 cal 1 orange 100 cal.
    snack - fiber bar 130 cal.
    Dinner - Chicken Parm with spaghetti 300 cal

    Well, I was really bad yesterday. I started off good, intended to be good, but failed

    Break: Frosted mini wheats

    Lunch: Progresso soup

    Lost it here....snacked on a bag of Doritos, pickles, ate a bologne sandwich with cheese (on wheat), and ate one chocolate chip cookie. (I was soooo hungry!)

    Dinner: Enchiladas and spanish rice with half a pepsi.

    I did walk briskly for 30 minutes though today! Hopefully that helped a little.
