I used Phen a few years ago with great success then eventually just let myself go again.
Last year I started eating correctly, following a good caloric/fat/etc routine and exercising at least 3-4 days a week. I barely lost anything. Over the course of 6-8 months I lost only 5-7 lbs. A few months ago, I just became frustrated and stopped trying to get healthy. I had blood work done b/c I suspected I had a thyroid issue but everything came back fine.
I am so ready to get back on track and know that the only success I've ever had losing weight has been with phentermine.
My problem is I recently moved and don't really have a doctor in my area. I've seen one that I wasn't really happy with for another problem and I'd be kind of surprised if he would prescribe phentermine based on my last issue with him.
I assume doctors hate when patients come in demanding certain types of medications. So I would like any suggestions, tips or any experiences you've had in getting a physician to prescribe this for you.
Thanks in advance!
