Phen is driving me crazy!!...student that needs help!

Hello

This is my 4th day on phen and this is my first time ever taking this pill. I am going crazy with this pill because for the first 2 days on phen I had a very fast heart beat, but then that eventually went away, but for the past 2 days I have not been able to sleep.

What should I do about the sleeping problem? Should I just take the pill every other day? I really would not like to take it every other day because I am losing weight and it seems to be working. So does anyone know if I take it every other day then will it stop working as well as it should be??


I also cannot cut the pill in half because I have the 30 mg capsule and you cant cut it in half. does anyone have any advice for me....please help thanks

Give you body some time to adjust to it. I still have the occasional sleepless night. You may want to take your pill earlier in the day. I take mine at 8 in the morning.

I was going to say the same thing too.I take mine at 6:45 in the morning.
