Great questions, youcandoit. In doing some clenbuterol research, I ran across a few bodybuilding boards where they all said ephedra, caffeine, and aspirin was like a legal magic pill for fat loss. Not so much weight loss, but fat loss. They are very concerned with keeping their muscle for obvious reasons, and I guess we should be too since it's what raises our calorie requirements. Ephedra causes thermogenesis, raising the body temp a teeny bit and burning more calories because of that. PHen as we know doesn't work the same way.
wannalose, 4 lbs in 2 weeks is pretty standard, but during Christmas I would say it's very good indeed. Were you watching what you ate and exercising regularly during this time, or was the 4 lbs lost while you were doing normal stuff? And did you feel any 'crash' in the evenings?
(PS - I have ordered a bottle of lipodrene myself, and will be taking it on the off week of no-phen. I'll be posting any results too.)
