    Post Lose 7 lbs in 3 days

    I here some people wanting to lose some weight by Christmas. Well I found a 3 day diet called the 3 Day Apple Detox Challenge. Go to search and look for 3 Day Apple Detox Challenge posted by Shirleysyu. I had my doubts at first, but I have tried so many things for weight lost until I am not affraid to try anything.

    Read the comments about it first to see if it is something you think you can handle.

    My experience with it was:

    day1: 3 apples (peeled, red and green) I was so hungry until I added a 4oz cups of apple sause. I ate 2 (4oz) cups of apple sause. I felt very sleepy during the afternoon. I was so hungry. Lost 3 lbs

    day 2: 4 apples (peeled, red and green) 2 (4oz) cups of apple sause. I feel like I want to spit up for more than one hour, so I got some sugar free mints and ****ed on them until the feeling went away. Lost 3 lbs.

    day 3: 5 apples (peeled red) 2 (4oz) cups of apple sause. Hardly had any side effects, besides being very hungry. Lost 1 lb.

    I started the apple detox today. Thanks for your input yesterday! :c) I'll let you know how it goes.

    Did you drink the olive oil at the end? Please let us know if you put the weight back on once you start eating again. Thanks! :c)

    My day one is going good so far. I wasn't all that hungry until I saw a loaf of bread on the counter. Then I was hungry for a little bit. :c) I'm tired but for some reason i have been since I started phen.

    I got really sick to my stomach this afternoon. My head hurt so bad! I get migraines and it was killing me each time anyone came in my office to talk. I could not concentrate at all. I got really cold at my extremeties but my face was really hot. :c( When I got home I threw up. I gave myself a little time and then forced myself to eat something. That's all it took feel better. I still have a headache but nothing like before and my stomach feels better. I guess this wasn't for me! It felt like I was coming down with the flu or something. I know someone in another thread said the same thing.

    I told you I felt like I wanted to throw-up the second day. If I am reading right you were on your second day when you felt this way??? I got a bag of sugar free mints to **** on. That helped me alot. I also ate those 4oz cups of apple sause to help control the hunger pains.

    I will weigh in again on Sunday, December 9, I will let you know if the weight stays off.

    Yes, I did drink the 2 tablespoons of olive oil. All that is suppose to do is give you a good bowel movement. I did have a really good one.

    I think we are getting those headaches because we are not getting enough to eat. We have to have something in our system to burn. Sometimes I eat something salty when I get a headache. You should schedule yourself to eat 3 times a day or 6 small snacks a day. Most diet plans and gym instructors tell you to do this. I know it is very easy not to eat lunch if you had breakfast or not eat breakfast and eat lunch. I do it all the time.

    Eat something whether you are hungry or not. Take some fruits in a zip lock bag or a pack of nabs or a bag of pretzels or even some cheese or yogurt to work with you everyday and get in the habit to eat it as a snack, just to have something to burn. If you work all day and don't have anything in your system to burn you are going to get sick.

    No I was still on my first day.
    I always eat 3 meals a day so I know that's not an issue for me. I've had migraines and been on migraine meds for awhile. They do get worse if I eat less than 1100 calories though. I've been forcing myself to eat that much since on phen so that I won't get weak or worse headaches.
    I didn't have anything other than apples handy when I started to feel really sick and by the time I could get something it was so bad that I just threw up. I do sometimes throw up if my migraines are bad enough so that couldn have had something to do with it too.

    Dhenry, all i want to say girl is that you look beautiiful in your pics, and losing so much weight in a few days is nothing short of amazing.

    I bought apples today and I'm going to start tomorrow. I am going to have a dinner though at the end of the day, mostly vegetables and a little protein. I looked up the apple diet online and it said to do that I work out alot so I need to eat more than apples otherwise I'll faint at the gym....

    To the other poster, those headaches and flu like symptoms are how I feel when i take phentermine, so I am sticking to phendimetrazine....I seem to have less side effects with that. Your migraines could be set off by the meds, talk to your doctor girl.

    Y'all are so helpful and I wish you continued success. I look forwrad to eating my apples the next three days, I bought all different kinds too.
    I did it!! Reached goal and have been here for quite a while thanks to low carb eating and working out like crazy! Phen didn't work for me, but that isn't to say that there aren't other ways. God bless all of you!

    Yes, I agree! DHenryHand you're amazing! I wish I was as strong as you and could have pushed through 3 days! You are a strong woman. Congratulations on your weight loss!

    Scantanafas - Now that I think of it, my migraines do get worse every time I start up a new diet. I always make sure to eat enough calories and to closely monitor my vitamins and minerals. I drink lots of water... I wonder why I get the head aches? Good luck with you're apple detox! :c)

    well you know any time we alter our diet it can effect our hormones, and hormone shifts give us migraines.....just a thought ......I just think it is how my body reacts to phentermine for some reason...maybe i'm one of those people allergic to it....

    Hi guys,
    I wish you all luck on the apple detox. This maybe something i try in the future and i like the fact that the applesauce didn't tainted your results. Wow 7lbs in 3 days is great. I am trying to lose quite a bit this month and i will do it! Thanks for the idea and let us know how you do!

    I am still thinking about your migraines. I think about this lady I worked with that has that problem and she talks a pill prescribed by her doctor that controls them. I don't know the name but she said for 3 or 4 of them it cost a lot and you say your insurance is limited. Maybe you Doc may have some samples that you can try that won't affect you while you are on Phen. Maybe that is why she gave you such a low dose. She might be trying to protect herself.

    Do you have any spinal problems or neck problems? I have severly sprained muscles in my kneck and shoulders and I sometime get headaches from this due to the vertigo I sometimes suffer from.

    Just some things you can discuss with your doc on your next visit.
