I here some people wanting to lose some weight by Christmas. Well I found a 3 day diet called the 3 Day Apple Detox Challenge. Go to search and look for 3 Day Apple Detox Challenge posted by Shirleysyu. I had my doubts at first, but I have tried so many things for weight lost until I am not affraid to try anything.
Read the comments about it first to see if it is something you think you can handle.
My experience with it was:
day1: 3 apples (peeled, red and green) I was so hungry until I added a 4oz cups of apple sause. I ate 2 (4oz) cups of apple sause. I felt very sleepy during the afternoon. I was so hungry. Lost 3 lbs
day 2: 4 apples (peeled, red and green) 2 (4oz) cups of apple sause. I feel like I want to spit up for more than one hour, so I got some sugar free mints and ****ed on them until the feeling went away. Lost 3 lbs.
day 3: 5 apples (peeled red) 2 (4oz) cups of apple sause. Hardly had any side effects, besides being very hungry. Lost 1 lb.
