I just finished my third week on phen, and I have lost 15.5 pounds! I am so thrilled with these results! I know it slows down, but if I can get about 10 pounds a month off, I can meet my goal in about 5 months!! This is the first time I have actually seem the light at the end of the tunnel. These forums help SO much, it's like therapy you don't have to show up to! Any advice on keeping the weight loss going strong as I creep toward month 2? This past month I moved into a new house, so I know there was about a week where I wasn't giving it 100%, but I have a bowflex now, and the muscle tone is starting to show up! I just need to remember to focus on the inches lost, not the numbers on the scale...I'm going for my first follow up visit tomorrow, a week early, since I am going out of town on Thursday, I'm thinking 15.5 pounds in 3 weeks should make my doc proud![]()
