How to stop Phen?

I am at goal but im setting a new goal to get to 117 which according to the net should be my ideal weight for my height.
I have not regularly taken phen instead I take it as I need it, if I have a hungry day I take it sometimes I go days without using it.
I was wondering when the doctor takes you off phen, how does he stop it. Cold Turkey or taper down.

Any one who has been off of it for a long time can you tell me how your results were. Did you keep the weight off? Im worried. In all those 6 months I had one binge where I ate grilled cheese, icecream, peantut butter and jelly. I just couldn't stop eating that one day. I was really mad at myself but snapped to. Had i taken a pill I am sure I would not have eaten like that.

I'm still taking it - just starting my 3rd month - but my doc told me at the beginning that she would have me taper off.
