Colon Cleanse???

I know its gross but they have opened a new place in my town that offers it.. Has anyome ever had it professionaly done and if so what did you think?

A friend of mine was telling me about a product he was thinking of getting called Colon Blow. What a name, huh? Has anyone ever used it before? I think the Colon Blow is like a one-weekend adventure, which the Colonix is a product you take for awhile. Mona what do you think of the one you got?

I HAVE TAKEN CLEZ BEFORE , IT WORKS , YOU TAKE IT AT NIGHT AND IN THE MORNING WELL, STAY AT HOME, ONLY TAKE IT ABOUT ONCE A MONTH TO FLUSH YOUR SYSTEM , I GOT MINE AT WALMART IN THE VITAMIN SECTION I THINK IT WAS ONLY 6 DOLLARS , BUT IT DOES WORK LOL BUT BE PREPARED

I asked my doctor if I should do a colon cleanse because I have, ahem, been "stopped up" the majority of my life. He said that he doesn't recommend them because once you force your body to go so much, it will stop going on its own...

That's just one doctor though...

I remember some people talking about this last month and they said they actually gained weight? I'm wondering if they just gained a bit in the interim but then it came off once they were finished with the cleansing process... I don't remember...

hi tlc 93 , i think it was called colon clez if i can remeber right , it works over night and it flushes impurities out of your system. it says you can take two pills and i only took one , but yes they do work lol .

I have been taking colonix for 2 days now and so far I like it because its mild and I am not cramping, don't have gas but are using the bathroom. This product is all natural and people that I talked too had nothing but positive things to say about this product. You guys really need to check out the website.

I have to agree with you Karen.anything with the word COLEN and BLOW just doesnt sound right! I got some Chocolate Citricel and I love it. It tastes just like Chocolate milk and it does the job. It also makes you feel like you are getting a dessert!

I was taking colonix because back in january it was like a major topic on here and alot of people lost weight with it. You cant take phen when youre on it cause it messes up the absorption process so youll basically be wasting the phen. I stopped taking mine because I couldnt control my eating on it...but I do remember it working well as far as being gentle. I didnt take it long enough to lose any weight.

I am actually going to go for a hydrotherapy colonic on Wednesday. My friend says that she loved it when she went, so I figured what the heck. Has anyone else had a hydrotherapy colonic experience? Was it good or bad?

Hello bridge04. We have a colonic clinic here, You can get a colonic with a hydrotherapist. I have done these in the past to keep my intestines clean. They make you feel so much better afterwards and you loose a few pounds to boot, gotta love that. I know someone who lost 15lbs in 3 sessions, that is how much build up they had. My Dr says they are safe to do and have alot of health benefits. Just be carefull because they can be addicting.

need2lose05: I highly recommend it, it's a little uncomfortable but they are usually very professional, But you feel so good afterwards. I do them regularly. The first time I did it (3 sessions in a week) I lost 8 lbs. It is not suppose to be used for weight loss but it helps. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

If you don't wanna fork out $65.00 for each session(friend of mine had it done) Go to your nearest grocery store or pharmacy and for about $4.00, buy yourself some Sodium Phosphate.
just don't do what I did. Apparently, I thought it was the same as citrate and I drank the entire 4 oz bottle UN diluted.

Needless, to say, I was "peeing out of my A**" if u know what I mean.

I was in the bathroom ALL night long.
Not to worry, hubby's aunt is a nurse and she said just make sure to drink PLENTY of water, to stay hydrated! And that it's good to do it 1-2 times a year.

Moral of this story: For about 4 bucks, I guess I colon cleansed myself!!

Just thought I would update everyone on my colonic I had yesterday.

COLONICS ARE MY NEW BEST FRIEND!

It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be and it leaves you feeling so much better. I would truly recommend it to anyone who is suffering from constipation.

PS: It is also good for weight loss seeing that I loss 3lbs!
