Headaches with Phentermine?

Hi, I started Phentermine about a week ago, it's going well, I break the 37.5 in half, half in morning and half at noon. I have had minimal side effects, very tolerable, until yesterday. I've had a headache for 24 hours now. Is this a side effect that will go away, or am I stuck with it?? THANKS Susan

Your headache should go away. Are you getting enough to eat?

That and dry mouth were big side effects for me .Went away in a few days though.Hang in their!

I had a nonstop headache for about 2½ days then it went away. Once your body has time to adjust to it, you should be fine.

I get them if I do not eat enough

I have had a headache for four days now. I barely slept last night as well. I know that these are side effects and worth it to me. I have lost six pounds in 7 days already!!!

I get them when my GF won't leave me alone....JUST KIDDING!!!! (In case she ever reads this!!)

In all seriousness I started a week ago also...smae thing taking 1/2 in the am and 1/2 at 2pm. Last night and today I had a headache for quite awhile (I rarely get them thankfully)I took two advil and drank some fluids and it went away. So try increasing your fluid intake..it could help and hopefully this will pass for you!!

I started Phen on 1/7 and had a headache that day and the following day. I had to take a couple BC's before it went away. I weighed in on 1/6 at 166.8 and now I am at 159. That's almost 7 pounds in two days. I weighed in this morning at 157 but of course I would on empty.

I didn't have a headache today thank Goodness so hopefully this stuff is still working.

I started last Saturday and stopped last Sunday. I took half a pill Saturday morning and by 4pm I had a treacherous headache. I was told that it would be normal to have a headache the first week until your body gets used to the medicine. I was prepared to push through the headache, but THEN, I got SICK! Like, SICK sick!

So, I was prepared to fight through the headache, but when I got sick I figured that was my body totaling rejecting the medicine, so I quit. It's just not right for me for some reason.

But if you just have a headache, I'd give it a week. But, crud, that headache was awful. Worst headache I've ever had and it lasted for 20 hours.
