When I say whole I mean it doesn't count if the pants were baggy already. Pants need to fit just right or a little snug and you went down to next pants size and those pants fit well too. I am just wondering cause I lost about 15 pounds adn thought that would be enough but my pants are just getting baggier but not near another size yet. Ugh...

My body takes about 10-12lbs to go down a size. I wear a 16 now (some much looser). Depending on the brand. Another 10lbs and I will be real comfortable in my 14's. I can wear some of my 14's now, but like I said it depends on the brand and style of the clothes. I have always been told that I carry my weight well. I remember a time that all I wanted was to be in a size 16, this is when I wore a size 22, and now I still feel like a hefer!!! Can you ever really win???

With me, when I started at 203 I was a size 18 tight and 20 comfy and I have lost 32 pounds and I am a size 12 tight and 14 comfy so basically I went down 3 sizes, so for me I guess it was every 10 pounds. I also think if you are doing a lot of exercising then you may go down faster. I do situps everyday and use a bowflex 3-4 times a week. I know that has helped. Good luck and at least the pants are baggy now and not tight. You are doing great..

I've lost ten and am still in the same size. They don't even feel that loose. So, maybe I was wearing my pants too tight before.

I would say between 10-15 lbs. I have lost 12 lbs. I was in a size 14 and now a kinda tight 12. When I lost weight before it was about the same. I think it also depends where you are losing it too. Some lose it their thighs first some lose it in their upper body.

When I weighed in between 135 and 145 I wore a size 8-10.
After I had my son Garrett I weighed 176 and in a size 16, I am still wearing a 16, they are loose, I actually havent tried a 14 yet. Hmmm, that is what I will do when I go shopping.
Oh, how I miss my size 10's!!!

For me it is also about 10-15 (even w/out exercise b/c I didn't exercise for the first year-70 lbs). When you get smaller a few pounds do not really make much of a difference. I pretty much wear a 6 in slacks and dresses and a 7-8 in jeans. I started out in a 20-22. I think once I lose my last 9 I will still be the same size-they will just fit a little looser.

Lost Weight: guessing....approx. 15 pounds
Current Weight: size 12 (off the scale for now)
Goal Weight: size 6 - approx. 130

For me, 10 pounds = 1 size smaller...that's with rigorous exercise (45-60 minutes cardio 6x/wk), so 10 pounds off probably means fat loss plus muscle gain. Maybe without the exercise it would be 12 or so.

I lost close to 10-12 lbs before the next pant size fit better. I am in a 12 now and they are geting looser.

Hey fireplacenut I have a question for you. You look awsome by the way!!....How long have you been on the phen, and did you lose most of your weight from the phen?

I love love love the phen, This is the first time on over ten years for me that I have been able to go in the other direction on the scale.
3/23/06 started phen
