I weighed in last thursday, that was my 2 week day. I was so happy to see 249lbs. Thats 21 down!
But it has been a week since then and im bouncing between 249 and 251. I have had a constepation problem so Im sure that has something to do with it. My diet hasnt changed that much. I wonder why Im stuck. Oh well I guess I just needed to rant for a minute. Im NOT giving up like some of the other people i see on here. I will hit my goal.

your fine, examine your caloric intake. . change up a little bit and youll be ok! more water!!

I was/am stuck too - and will be trying the zigzag thing.
Nice weight loss, John and James' grrl too. It will slow, it always does. I keep reminding myself that I didn't gain it in X months, so I can't lose it that fast.
I am drinking at least 120-160 oz of water a day. Any more and I might bust.LOL
