Oh, two of the girls I sent for the HCG injections last week told me that (one ) lost 13 pounds with the shot and no Phen ( started Phen yesterday, the other one lost 9 pounds with no phen, she also started the phen with the shot yesterday...so this HCG thing is really working....I wonder what they mix that with.....

I asked my Dr. how long could I take the HCG, he said as long as I want..he said there is nothing in it that could harm me. Sooooo, with that said..as long as they make them, I'm going to take them...well as long as I need too..

I read a book by Kevin Trudea "The weight loss knows ones tells you about" not sure of the exact title but he says alot about HCG. Problem is finding a doctor to do it. I live in Florida and could not find one. You can order it online but it is very expensive.

For those of you who are wondering about HCG, it does work. Check out Dr Simeons-pounds and inches protocol and it will tell you all about it. I will tell you that My husband, my mom and I just finished our first round and the weight loss is amaizing! My mom Lost 30lbs, I lost 34lbs, and my husband lost 45lbs. A round is only 40 days.
How it works is that it takes the abnormal fat that we store in our bodies and puts it back into your blood as food, so while your on it you stay on a stricked 500 cal diet, but your body thinks your eating and uses up calories just like you normally do but its calories from the abnormal fat storage. Plus it tricks your hypothalimus gland into thinking your not hungry. The minimal 500 cal a day was more than enough. The average weight loss is 1lb a day. It is a natural hormone so there are no jittery feelings or loss of sleep. It is safe for men and has been shown to help those who have not been able to get pregnant do so. While on HCG your body is very sensitive to sugar, starch and oil, so those are things to avoid. Until I started this, I never knew how much stuff has suger or starch. Even the spices we use. It is possible to find those things without suger or starch. I cheated a couple of times so I think I could have lost more but I know now how I will react to the diet and how to discipline myself. Some say you should eat organic but you dont have to to lose the weight and you dont have to do any exercise. Exercise will help with more weight loss but is not required to lose.
Also the reason for each round only lasting 40 days is that your body will start becoming imune so you have to take a break. But after 40 days of a strict diet its nice to have a little more variety. But also the break is designed as a maintinance phase to reset your set body weight. If this is done after each round the chance of regaining the weight is slim to none. Research has shown that the majority of people who have taken HCG fifteen years down the road, have not gained any weight back. Another perk of the six week break in between rounds is that there is little to no excess skin. It helps the body catch up with the weight loss.
It sounded difficult but it has been so easy that I cant wait to start my next round. I have been fighting my weight since I was eight years old. In high school I weighed 275lbs and have never been a normal size. My husband has the same story and it was just getting out of control. We were considering sergery because no pill or diet worked. I am so thankful that we have found HCG and now know that there is a way for us to lose ALL the wieght.
Another thing I want to add is that you dont have to go to the doc every week. In fact you can buy it online yourself and keep track of your own progress. It only cost about $100 a round and that includes the supplies. Another book to check out is [HCG Weight loss cure guide- by Linda Prinster]. It has all the info you need from the diet to how to mix and administer the injections, what to look for if you hit a plateau to charts for keeping track. It also has Dr Simeons protocol in the back.
As a final note... The cool thing about HCG is that it only targets the abnormal fat. There is no muscle loss. So those of you who are thin on top but have a big belly or just big hips and thighs will only lose the problem areas. ITS AMAISING!! Hope I was some help on your question about HCG.

Hmm... I found out my doctor does do HCG shots, however I have been reading online. This article is very true, as to why I decided I will not be trying these shots.

That is correct in one aspect. Any one will lose if on a 500 cal diet. But the studies show that people that were not on HCG that were on the VLCD had less weight loss, they were extremely lathargic, they felt like they were starving and had massive amounts of muscle loss but retained the problem areas of abnormal fat. As oppossed to the ones who were on HCG. Those people lost more weight, had plenty of energy and felt full when eating on the 500 cal diet. They had no muscle loss and only lost abnormal fat. I can say from experience that I was not hungry and I have never lost weight in certain areas on other diets that have dropped off drasticly since on HCG.

IT IS AWESOME! like I said, check out [HCG Weight Loss Cure Guide-by Linda Prinster] It has loads of info. It also has Dr Simeons protocol in the back which explains his 50 year study. He tells a story about one day being in his office on the phone and a nurse brought a patient in to sit down. He didnt see her til he got off the phone. She was completely amaciated, collar bone sticking out, skin hanging off her face. When he looked at her he thought he had a cancer patient and was about to refer her to a specialist. He said he couldnt hide his shock when she told him that she was there to get help losing weight. But she stood up to show him her enormous hips thighs and butt. He put her on a 23 day round of HCG and when she came back her face had filled out, no bones were sticking out and her hips and thighs were gone!
There are some people ive talked to that didnt lose much but they werent sticking to the diet. HCG is the hormone we have when we are pregnant. We cant eat enough food to nurish our babies so our body does it for us by pulling the stored fat back into our blood as food which helps keep the baby healthy. But if you eat too much then you will gain weight. The HCG will use anywhere from 2500 to 4000 cal of stored fat a day, thus the reason for the VLCD.

Ok, so I have a question.....when I was pregnant I was SICK!!!! Like crazy vomitting all the time not just in the morning and not just in the first trimester.....EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR 9 MONTHS AND MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. I did eat, but I only gained 2 pounds.....and my baby was 7lbs.....so I know this could work. But I am wandering if I tried it would I feel as sick as I felt during my pregnancy??? If thats the case.....NO THANKS! the other question I have is....Can you take Birth Control while being on this diet....and is it still effective? Just curious.....I am thinking about trying this.

Someone said it earlier but I would HIGHLY recommend that you read Kevin Trudeau's book "the Secret to weight loss they don't want you to know about" it explain in great detail what HCG does. Kevin himself lost 45 lbs in about a month, I know I would love those kind of results in a month!!
I will be taking my first Phen dose tomorrow. My Dr wants me to try it for a month as a starter. Once that month is up I am going to ask her about the HCG shots and let her read the book for herself. I am hoping she is agreeable to giving me the shots in addition to the Phen.

I dont know much about Releana, but what I do know is that it is not the same thing as HCG. Its a synthetic man made med to replace HCG. I have also heard that it doesnt work as well or in the same way. HCG can also be taken orally but you have to take double the amount everyday and it doesnt get into the blood streem as well. It talks about it in the book I suggested.

HCG does not duplicate the insane things the body goes through when pregnancy occures. Its only one small part of it. I dont think it would make you sick, but everyone is different. When a woman is pregnant, they produce up to one million units of HCG a day. We only take 175 units. Men can take it and it doesnt make them lactate, lol, it just works on the mechanism that controls the fat storage.
Ive seen a lot of comments from people that they are going to clinics to get the HCG and the clinics charge anywhere between 450 to1000 buck a round. TALK ABOUT A RIP OFF. We get it at ***********y.ca. They have you fill out a health questionaire and have a doc look it over before sending it. They also have supply kits you can order. Its a bit confusing at first if you dont know what to look for. One ampule is about 28 days of injections and one round is 40 days. They also talk about units. When on the diet you can take anywhere between 125 to 250 units a day, which is only about 2ccs after mixing it with biostatic water. We (my mom, husband and I) decided to just hit it in the middle at 175 units. Injections sound scarey but with tiny insulin needles its no bother and you dont stick it in a vein. Two inches left or right from the belly botton is ideal, there is not an ounce of pain.

What a loss, 10lbs in one week, awesome! I haven't heard of the HCG but I get a Lipo-Myden with B-12 shot. I was getting once a week now I only get it everyother week. It getting to be to much money. The shot is $25 and my Phen is $70. So I was paying out $170 a month, my husband just about fell over when he learned that! So now I am just every 2 weeks to save $50 a month.
But I haven't really noticed a big change with the shot. I am loosing but not alot even with both.

Once you mix the HCG with the biostatic water it is only good for 30 days so you dont want to get any 10,000 unit ampules the 5000 us sufficient that will last about 28 days if you do 175 units a day.

There are quite a few different HCG Pregnyl 5000. Which one to you recommend? 5000 I.U. (HUCOG), 5000 I.U. (LUPI), 5000 I.U. (ORGANON), or 5000 I.U. (UNI)? Thanks

They all come from different countrys. We used the LUPI. But the UNI is supposed to be the latest and greatest, but my mom ordered a bunch and they've been having problems with shipping it out or getting it here when they do ship it. She recommended that I refer you to another web site that only has one kind which is the HUCOG, but the are cheaper and have been getting there orders out in 10 days or so.
