Personally I do cardio - about 30 min or so a day. It's recommended that you at least try to walk 30-1 hr a day...I believe that's what someone said on here. You are not supposed to do weight training though while on HCG - I imagine the reason is that building muscle can make you gain weight, plus it burns more calories. You don't want to burn so many calories that you eliminate the 500 cals you are eating - then your body will go into starvation mode. Hope that makes sense. It's been awhile since anyone asked the exercise question, but I'm pretty sure that's what the answer was! I do aerobic cardio (equiv to 2 miles walking), but I'm also on a much lower dose of HCG than those that inject themselves, so that's how I think I get away with it.

Sorry to hear that you have stalled, I know that stinks....you've worked so hard.
Definetly easier raising a boy I think.
