Week 1 - I didn't excercise (hurt shin), ate ALOT less & drank ALOT. I did lose 10lbs.
Week 2 - Is here. I plan to hit the gym 3 times (all my schedule will allow). Trying to incorporate healthy eating cuttin down diet coke, no breads, pasta, rice, potatos (which ive already given up). They make me feel icky and "blah" when I do eat them.
I am seeing my parents on the 18th of August and I'd love to be down into the lower 180's. See if my Mom notices a difference. (She's one of those over critical Moms - but I love her).

I have noticed that many of these posts are several months/years back, hopefully many of them were successful in reaching their goal. Can't wait to hear from all of my fellow newbies on their achievements!
