Hello. I was wondering if any of the longer term users..have tried cycling Phen to intensify the effects? By cycling, I mean taking the Phen for a certain time period, then stopping for equal time and restarting.
I have lost 100+ pounds to date. I have been using Phen for a month. I noticed the effects were very strong at first, and I lost a quick 8 lbs. Now I am greatful if I see a pound a week. I know its because I only have about 20 or less pounds left to lose..but still Im bummed.
Does anyone know if the cycling helps pick up the weight loss? Or what other suggestions do you have for this last struggle for me? Im trying to up my workout (i do about 3-4 days cardio and 3 days strength training)...I need to intensify it.
Anyways..Im up for all suggestions so let me know!!
