Cycling Phen..1 week on, 1 week off?

Hello. I was wondering if any of the longer term users..have tried cycling Phen to intensify the effects? By cycling, I mean taking the Phen for a certain time period, then stopping for equal time and restarting.

I have lost 100+ pounds to date. I have been using Phen for a month. I noticed the effects were very strong at first, and I lost a quick 8 lbs. Now I am greatful if I see a pound a week. I know its because I only have about 20 or less pounds left to lose..but still Im bummed.

Does anyone know if the cycling helps pick up the weight loss? Or what other suggestions do you have for this last struggle for me? Im trying to up my workout (i do about 3-4 days cardio and 3 days strength training)...I need to intensify it.

Anyways..Im up for all suggestions so let me know!!

Goals for End of May until Aug 15th MY BDAY!!
* Exercise 4-5 days a week
* Drink 80+ oz H2O daily
* Fit into size 9 jeans by end of summer...GOAL ACCOMPLISHED 7/8/06!!
* Slim thighs and triceps



Last measurements as of end of July 12th:
*Chest: 35
*Waist: 30
*Hips: 38..yuck
*Thighs: 23...yuck

Goal Measurements
*Chest: 35
*Waist: 28
*Hips: 36.5-37
*Thighs: 21

Sure, sounds good to me. I used to take it during the week, with weekends off, and I think that worked for me for a while. I cannot believe you lost over 100 pounds! Did you do that the good old-fashioned way with diet and exercise? However you did it, you look fantastic! And believe me, I know how hard those last pounds are to lose! I've been working on the last 10 pounds since last September!
