hi guys, i've had 2 deaths in my family in the past 2 weeks. i have not been eating ENOUGH calories per day due to this, not exercising as much or drinking any water...as you can see, i've only lost 3 pounds, but i am STILL HAPPY WITH MY WEIGHT LOSS. i am so greatful for phen. i am going to jump start my routine today (like i used too). i still feel great and healthy. i just wanted to testify. thanks for all of your support!!

I am so sorry for your losses. Congratulations on not letting those bad events affect your healthy eating!
