    Hey everyone..I just ordered The Biggest Winner--complete 5 DVD workout set from Jillian Michaels of Biggest Loser. I am so excited. She kicks @ss on the show so I know the DVDs will be good. I just wanted to share because I got it on Amazon.com for $36.00 including shipping. I couldnt pass it up, I mean one usually costs $20.00. So Ill let everyone know how they are. I should have them in a couple days. Oh and each DVD focuses on different things. Such as thighs, abs, biceps... then butt, glutes, back, triceps...overall cardio kickboxing..etc.!! IM SO EXCITED..I NEED TO KICK MY WORKOUT UP A NOTCH!!
    Goals for End of May until Aug 15th MY BDAY!!
    * Exercise 4-5 days a week
    * Drink 80+ oz H2O daily
    * Fit into size 9 jeans by end of summer...GOAL ACCOMPLISHED 7/8/06!!
    * Slim thighs and triceps



    Last measurements as of end of July 12th:
    *Chest: 35
    *Waist: 30
    *Hips: 38..yuck
    *Thighs: 23...yuck

    Goal Measurements
    *Chest: 35
    *Waist: 28
    *Hips: 36.5-37
    *Thighs: 21

    Thanks for sharing. I got the Biggest Loser DVD about two months ago but still haven't even opened it. If I ever get to that, maybe I'll upgrade to this one.

    Epiphany: I actually have those DVDs by Jillian. They are really good and will definitely kick your ***. However, they are not for the faint at heart. It took at lest 3-4 tries before I could get through the entire workout. What finally helped for me was to get on the treadmill for 10mins first and then do the dvd because unfortunatley there is no warm up in the video. She just jumps right in and I found I was crashing and burning too fast because of it. Let me know how you like them.

    aww thanx Barbie..thats helpful. Ill let you know how it goes..Im glad itll make me sweat tho. This last 20 pounds is not budging and i thought mixing up my workout would help!!
